Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco

How much does shipping cost?

All order that are under $149 are subject to a flat fee of $19.99. This amount will be added to the cart checkout automatically. Absolutely no refunds.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders will be processed and out the door, the same day or next day. Packages typically arrive in 2 to 3 days. All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, etc. We have found this to be the most safe and reliable service.

Who can buy from us?

Anyone over the age of 19+ can purchase from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do you recommend storing your products?

The best way to keep mushrooms is in room temperature. Out of direct sunlight. They will last up to a year in appropriate conditions.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries are subject to the shipping location. We use UPS which can take up to 2-3 days. You can track your order with the tracking number provided with your order confirmation email. Just input the tracking number into the proper field at UPS.
